Privacy Policy

How STERLING SENIOR SOLUTIONS LLC collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have in the United States and, where it applies, under GDPR.

An enquiry about support for an older adult can quickly reveal information about health, family relationships and daily routines. Please begin with a general description and share another adult’s information only when you have their permission or lawful authority.

Effective 18 October 2026. This notice covers sterlingseniorsolutionsllc.com and ordinary contact correspondence. It does not replace a separate notice needed for a later customer engagement.

Who is responsible for this contact information

STERLING SENIOR SOLUTIONS LLC, 15359 NW 7 STREET, PEMBROKE PINES, 33028, FLORIDA. Email: [email protected].

Company registration identifier: L26000508246. The company is responsible for deciding how its own enquiry correspondence is used. Use the email or postal address above for privacy requests.

Respecting the older adult’s privacy and choices

Do not include diagnoses, medication lists, insurance or Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, financial accounts or care records in the contact composer. A brief description of the non-medical support question and a way to reply is enough for initial contact.

The older adult’s preferences and authority to share information matter independently of the family member making contact. Start with a general non-medical support question and the enquirer’s own reply details. Do not presume that a relative may disclose medical records or make decisions for another competent adult. If someone acts as a representative, establish the scope of their authority through a proportionate process before discussing private information. The company must not turn a support enquiry into an insurance lead or a health profile. Should a later service genuinely require sensitive information, explain the purpose, authorized personnel, secure collection method and applicable protections separately before requesting it. The initial composer is not a care record or emergency reporting channel.

The contact composer requires a message or task description; name, email and telephone fields are optional, and supplied contact details are checked for a usable format. Any service selection or booking preferences you choose are included with the enquiry body. The composer prepares readable text in the page. It does not automatically transmit the fields to the company or a form relay. Copying places text on your clipboard; downloading creates a file on your device. Opening an email application creates a draft for you to review and send yourself. Preparing text, copying it, downloading it or opening a draft is not confirmation of company receipt.

Message preparation on your device

Prepare a contact message on the visitor’s device

Information: optional name; optional email address; optional telephone number; chosen service or booking preferences; enquiry body.

Preparing the text is a function requested by the visitor. The visitor chooses separately whether to copy, download or open a mail application; it is not a consent to advertising or an international-transfer exception.

Recipients: the company.

Retention: Until you clear or replace the content or the browser discards the page state; browser history and restoration may preserve or restore form state. The period starts when you type or prepare a message. The website does not write the message to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Clearing or editing the original fields invalidates the generated copy. History, back-forward restoration, browser autofill, clipboard copies, downloaded files and mail-app drafts remain under your browser, device or application controls.

Responsible company: STERLING SENIOR SOLUTIONS LLC. This identifies the company responsible for offering the local preparation feature; it does not mean that typed fields are transmitted to the company. Receipt occurs only if you separately choose to contact it.

Page delivery and technical request data

Deliver website pages and investigate availability or abuse

Information: IP address; request date and time; browser request information; requested URL including any query identifiers.

Ordinary network requests are necessary to retrieve a page. Technical data must be limited to delivery, fault diagnosis and proportionate security investigation; it is not authorization for behavioral advertising.

Recipients: Website delivery and infrastructure suppliers.

Retention: Supplier-selection requirement: a documented numeric rolling log period, backup expiry and incident exception before processing is approved. The period starts when each request reaches the hosting infrastructure. Provider-side rotation, backup expiry and deletion must be established in the supplier schedule; the company enquiry period does not govern provider logs.

Recipient category for technical requests: Providers that serve website files, receive network requests and operate the technical infrastructure used for availability, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.

Correspondence received by the company

Read and answer correspondence that the visitor separately sends to the company

Information: chosen contact details; chosen service or booking preferences; enquiry body; sender address and email delivery metadata.

The company uses an enquiry to understand the question and reply or discuss a possible engagement, not as blanket permission for marketing. Preparing text locally does not deliver an enquiry.

Recipients: the company; Email transmission and mailbox suppliers.

Retention: 6 months after the last meaningful contact about an ordinary enquiry that does not become a customer engagement. The period starts at the last meaningful contact. The company must delete the ordinary enquiry from its working correspondence and files; a completed engagement needs its own documented record schedule.

Company responsible for its own record: STERLING SENIOR SOLUTIONS LLC.

Recipient category for correspondence you separately send: Providers that route email to the company, hold received correspondence and operate mailbox, spam-protection, deletion and backup systems.

Handling a privacy request

Review privacy requests, verify authority proportionately and record the response

Information: request contact details; description of the request; limited verification information; decision and response record.

Information is used to avoid disclosing data to the wrong person and explain the decision. Ask only for verification proportionate to the risk; do not demand a government ID as a routine first step.

Recipients: the company; Email transmission and mailbox suppliers.

Retention: 12 months after a privacy request is closed, retaining only the request date, verification outcome, decision and response needed for accountability. The period starts when the request is closed. The company must remove unnecessary attachments promptly and delete the minimized request record at the end of the period.

Company responsible for its own record: STERLING SENIOR SOLUTIONS LLC.

Recipient category for correspondence you separately send: Providers that route email to the company, hold received correspondence and operate mailbox, spam-protection, deletion and backup systems.

Website delivery and infrastructure suppliers

Website delivery and infrastructure suppliers: Providers that serve website files, receive network requests and operate the technical infrastructure used for availability, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.

Technical service providers act on the company’s instructions for the stated service; independent provider security uses must be addressed separately in the supplier assessment.

Our supplier-selection rule is to require documented service instructions, confidentiality and security duties, permitted locations, restrictions on reuse, assistance with requests, and deletion and backup terms. The role of an email or hosting supplier is separate from the company’s own use of correspondence.

Supplier approval must establish every processing country, remote-access location and onward route, and any safeguards required by the law governing that route. Email is not guaranteed to stay in the United States.

Email transmission and mailbox suppliers

Service scope: Email routing, delivery and mailbox storage

Advertising identifiers and external services

The website has no Microsoft UET tag, analytics tag or embedded map. Its contact code does not send form contents or behavior back to Microsoft, and does not append the current page URL to the prepared enquiry. If you arrive after clicking an advertisement, Microsoft may add msclkid to the URL. That URL, along with an IP address, request time and browser request information, can reach the website host as part of requesting the page; removing a relay does not remove this initial network request.

Microsoft’s own processing is explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. A link to another website involves that website only when you follow it. Copying the displayed postal address does not load a Google map.

Use limits, security and disclosure

The company’s rule is to use ordinary enquiries to answer the question and discuss the requested service, not to sell contact details or create targeted-advertising audiences. Staff access must be limited to those who need the information for that purpose. The company must use appropriate account access controls, avoid unnecessary copies and review deletion against the periods above. No communication or storage method can be guaranteed risk-free.

The company may disclose the minimum necessary information to comply with a binding legal requirement or address a specific legal dispute. Any preserved record must be identified, restricted to that purpose and reviewed when the duty or dispute ends; this is not permission to retain every enquiry indefinitely. If a customer engagement begins, explain any additional information, purposes and record obligations separately before collecting it.

Your requests, choices and applicable law

This US business contact notice is written in the context of Florida and applicable United States federal and state law. Consumer privacy statutes apply according to residence, processing activity, statutory thresholds and exemptions; a Florida address alone does not establish coverage. We do not assume that GDPR, UK GDPR or California consumer privacy rights apply to every visitor. Any mandatory rights that do apply are preserved.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of the information you supplied.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact details or other factual errors in correspondence.

You may request deletion of ordinary correspondence. We will explain any information that must be retained for an applicable legal duty or a specific unresolved dispute.

You may ask us to pause nonessential use while a factual or privacy concern is reviewed.

You may ask us to stop optional contact. The website does not run targeted advertising, data sales or a profiling service.

You may request an electronic copy of information you provided in a commonly usable format. Any further statutory portability right depends on applicable law.

You can abandon or replace the message in the browser before choosing to send an email. For information already received by the company, use the contact details here to request deletion or an end to optional use. This does not undo completed communications or lawful retention.

Raise a privacy concern with us by email or post. You may also contact your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission through their official complaint channels. If an applicable law provides an appeal, you may ask us to review a refusal and explain the available appeal route.

Contact is voluntary. An initial reply needs an accurate way to reach you and enough detail to understand the question. You may use direct email or post instead of the composer. Do not provide sensitive information merely to obtain a reply.

The website does not make automated decisions about eligibility, pricing or access to a service and does not create behavioral profiles.

As a company service commitment, we aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 30 calendar days. An applicable legal deadline, verification rule or permitted extension takes precedence; we will explain an extension and its reason.

This notice and the company rules described here take effect on 18 October 2026.

Send your request with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the information and action sought. We may ask for proportionate confirmation that you are the person concerned or an authorized representative. We must not disclose another person’s information when answering. If we cannot grant a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable review option. This voluntary procedure supplements rights that applicable law provides; it does not make every statutory right universal.

Children and updates

This business contact website is not directed to children under 13 and does not ask children to provide information. An adult arranging a service for a child should use the adult’s own contact details and avoid unnecessary information about the child. Tell us if a child’s information has been provided so that it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

A material change in purpose or a new tracking feature requires an updated notice and any choices or permissions required by applicable law before that new use begins. The effective date appears at the top of this notice.
