Process
From first call to first visit.
Four steps that keep you in control of what happens and when.
Step by step
How care is arranged.
Each step is agreed before the next begins, and you can pause at any point.
- Step 01
First call
We listen to what is happening and what would make daily life easier.
- Step 02
Practical-support discussion
We meet at home to understand the routine, the preferences and the practical needs.
- Step 03
Written support scope
We write down the visits, the tasks and the cost, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- Step 04
First visit
A carer is matched and introduced, and we check in after the first week.
Around the process
Practical questions about getting started.
Short answers to what families usually ask.
Do we have to commit to a minimum?
No. Care can start with a few hours a week and change as needs change.
Can we meet the carer first?
Yes. The carer is introduced before regular visits begin, so everyone is comfortable.
What if the situation changes?
The plan is reviewed and adjusted. Tell the office and it is updated in writing.
How is the cost worked out?
Price depends on the agreed non-medical tasks and duration. Confirm the scope and cost before any visit.
A short call is often the easiest way to start. Tell us what is happening and we will explain the options.
